Careers

Kids from high-need communities are playing sports less often than kids from more affluent communities. The cost to play is a real driver of this issue.

We know that kids who play do better. By supplying youth organizations with the gear, they need, overhead costs are cut, and more resources become available, helping children stay connected to their communities. Good Sports solution is to receive sports equipment donated from sporting goods companies and donate it to youth organizations in high-need communities.  Since 2003, we’ve grown from a donation of just 500 basketballs to giving over $95M in equipment and impacting 9.3 million kids.
