I’m Neil, part of the warehouse team at Good Sports Inc., where I help move gear that supports youth programs across the nation. I’ve worked in warehouse operations for over 10 years, and I know how much behind the scenes logistics matter when it comes to getting the right equipment into the right hands.

Outside of work, I’ve spent years coaching my sons’ teams from tee ball through little league and helping kids build their basketball skills from the basics all the way through middle school. I’ve seen firsthand how access to gear and support can shape confidence, teamwork, and growth.

Whether it’s organizing inventory or helping the next generation suit up, I’m proud to play a role in a mission that empowers youth and strengthens communities.
